Passive Development Ltd is an independent company; we take no commission on any product or service that we recommend.  ‘The company’ has been specializing in Passive house for almost five years and has adapted to our client needs during this time.  The company started as a construction company, but now also offers passive house consultancy to professionals and self-builders.  Since late 2010 we have also created an educational division to the company.  This currently offers a ‘One Day Introductory Course on Passive House’ that is held at our passive show house in County Kildare regularly.  We also take part in the International Passive House open days and we also hold other ‘open days’.
